About Jess Davis Training

Hi, I'm Jess, the founder of Jess Davis Training.

Twenty four years ago, after leaving university I embarked upon a career as airline cabin crew. 

The intense training for this was what first sparked my interest in first aid. Having witnessed medical emergencies at 30,000 feet, it made me realise the importance of basic first aid skills, especially when you are in a situation where help is a long way down.

From this point I pursued my career with a focus on training. I travelled across the world delivering training courses for airlines in a variety of subjects but primarily first aid.

In 2019, when the pandemic hit, I was forced to change my career and started working as a trainer in health and social care. Delivering courses to nurses and care assistants in care homes. This was the most challenging time in my career, witnessing first hand the struggle to provide safe care in the care homes. It gives you a whole new perspective on life and what is important.

I now run my own training business. Bringing my training experience and expertise to you, I am happy to travel and deliver training wherever it's needed. I offer a variety of accredited training courses and will create bespoke courses to suit your specific requirements. 

My overall philosophy is that training needs to be fun because that’s what makes it memorable. I ensure that all of my courses are relaxed, enabling delegates to be themselves and absorb the knowledge they are gaining in a safe and comfortable environment.
