Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services Provided:  

Jess Davis Training agrees to provide training services as required within the brief  supplied from the client and as confirmed within the scope of work agreement. Any  amendments to the scope of work shall be mutually agreed in writing by both parties.  

Cancellation and Rescheduling:    

The client may cancel or reschedule a training course with a minimum of 72 hours  advance notice in writing, with no training fees due. However, any venue or accommodation costs (if applicable) incurred shall be payable by the client. Should  the client cancel the course with less than 72 hours’ notice, they shall incur cancellation fees to the sum of the full agreed training cost including any venue hire  or accommodation costs (if applicable).   

Confidentiality:   

Jess Davis Training agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during  the training and shall adhere to the full requirements of the General Data Protection  Regulations.  We collect only essential information necessary for providing our training services.  Information is obtained with clear consent and is limited to what is relevant and  necessary.  Your data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our training services and  maintaining our training records. We do not share your information with third parties  without explicit consent.  You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data upon request.  We retain your data only for the duration necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in  our services.   1  Intellectual Property: The client acknowledges that any training materials provided by  Jess Davis Training are the intellectual property of Jess Davis Training and shall not be  copied, scanned, photographed, printed or otherwise reproduced or distributed  without the express, written permission of Jess Davis Training. The client may not  reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for purposes other than the agreed-upon  training.  

Termination of Agreement: 

Either party may terminate the agreement with written  notice if the other party breaches any material terms. The client agrees to pay for any  services provided up to the date of termination.
